THE CHALET
The house is situated in the small village of Odeillo at an altitude of 1,600 metres in the French region of La Cerdagne in the Pyrénées-Orientales department of the Occitania region. It is very close to three important monuments: The Romanesque church of Odeillo, the solar oven of Odeillo and the famous Trombe-Michel houses, icons of the use of the sun as passive energy.
